in our house ,one time we turned up the AC twice in one summer and the bill is usualyl like 60 and it came as 160 or 180 so atleast in our house we only use it if its hellla hot

Europeans would not survive the Western/Southwestern United States, some states get 40+ degree Celsius summers and then still get 0 degree winters.
