It’s 18 from the date he was born, yeah biologically he’d be 18 but it would’ve been only 2 days in our world se he’d still be a minor
I don't think it'd work this way, if the authorities were informed of this they should be willing to consider him an 18 yo as he would have lived and grown up for 18 years
This is getting too hypothetical so who knows, I just think that the law is pretty adamant about it being 18 years from the date of birth in Earth time so as to not give any leeway to stuff like “but he’s so mature for his age” or “he looks older”
