IF true has to be Valorant only, there's no way Lev has the money to buy M80's entire operations unless they robbed a bank overnight
They don't have any other overlapping categories.
Valorant is the only category both have teams and since they aren't in the same tier
It could be beneficial for both
LEV is very wealthy and has LATAM influence
M80 has NA influence
Merging would solidify them in two markets
