With a passive ability? It's been 5 years since the beta, riot should add more agents with a passive

I mean phoenix can heal with his utility so it might be something riot wanted to do at beta but never stuck to it
It would be so cool if they added conditional passive abilities that aren't broken
I think Neon is a good example, like if you got a kill your fuel meter would increase by a certain amount
or something of that sort
Neon, Viper, Reyna, Phoenix, Fade, Gekko, Astra, and Jett are all agents that have passives. The valorant wiki explains what these passives are and why they're considered so. I would suggest giving it a read
Hmm. Most of these passives however require the player to use the ability (fades trail requires eye/ult to be used, viper's require wall/orb). I was kind of referring to passives that could be in play without a character using an ability
