yoru is fine after ult nerf imo
tejo needs single missile per charge with two charges
Sage needs slow signature, but you could maybe do a tied charge with heal like Reyna's.
Harbor needs a second cove and alt fire on high tide that lets you displace his wall start point.
Chamber give his tp the Vyse QoL where if the TP cooldown runs out it doesn't go back on cooldown after picking it up. And maybe a trip range buff.
Skye... idfk, make dog signature with recharge.
Definitely not healing. Healing being so strong in ranked but pretty dreadful in pro is the reason he's so hard to balance in the first place.
Imo you just lean into the wall even more, so his can be strong ult with flashes and smoking role compression like Yoru is for entry. Maybe a longer duration or range. If you could find a way to buff them so Pheonix + Harbor is a comp worth considering that'd be awesome.

Reduce the useable distance , change the salvos from 2 to 1 , give him a buyable salvo for 300 $ like cloves or omens smke and make it non rechargeable
Nerf the reveal distance of tejo drone and reduce its distance to 15m or something and upcharge it to 400$
make the ult narrower
i mean its not exactly dificult to destroy tejo drone. 15m means u wouldnt be able to reach a site on haven from a lobby like thats just way to short. And ult is fine, its not great without team coordination and other util. I don't get what the issue around ult is, changing its width doesnt make a difference to it
They don't seem to want to make one-sided slows altogether, so I'd suggest they change the effect entirely instead in that case. My suggestion would be a peripheral blocking water effect so his walls can discourage you from pushing them by enabling ratting around them similarly to how Brim smokes do.
Honestly for me i think chamber is fine, he has his little spot. Skye maybe 1 flash which recharges or 2 but u can get one back with 2 kills like pheonix. I dont mind sage either, she isn't really gonna be relative in VCT but thats okay shes pretty stable play amongst casuals. Harbour is just like lost, that agent might need a redesign lol
her pit is fine, I still play her on Icebox (only agent I’ve played on Icebox this act) and her pit is still amazing to rat in and out of, and honestly not being able to pick the orb up is not the worst, but you are never able to have both the orb and wall up together for enough time to make a play, heck you can barely have the wall up long enough to make a play. Her up time might be shorter than cloves which feels really short.
