Apeks Apeks Inactive have closed in on their second import of the season, signing Chad "oderus" Miller as the team's strategic coach for the 2025 season.

Oderus joins Apeks for the second coaching stint of his career. His first time as coach came under Moist Moguls Moist Moguls Inactive aproto Alex Protopapas sym Tyler Porter brawk Brock Somerhalder flyuh Xavier Carlson thief Brady Dever , a role he kept for nearly a year. Under oderus, Moist Moguls debuted as a top tier 2 team in North America — even winning one of the two Splits of the 2023 Challenger League in the region — but failed to reach VCT competitions.

Since lifting that trophy, Apeks have made several changes to their roster. Players Kajetan "kaajak" Haremski and Dom "soulcas" Sulcas left the team, as did assistant coach Casper "Desmo" Rasmussen. To fill kaajak's duelist slot, the organization became the first to sign a Game Changers player, when they announced two-time GC champion Ava "florescent" Eugene just days ago.

With florescent and oderus' signings, the team has largely rebuilt itself for the 2025 season. With a new duelist and coach signed, the team lacks just a flex player to fill the shoes of soulcas, who departed for KOI KOI Inactive .

The VCT EMEA 2025 will be the largest the region has seen since the start of partnership.
