CS is taught in schools in Denmark as an extracurricular sport, that pretty much answers your question
A majority of schools offer esports as an extracurricular sport, bunch of different local or district tournaments which you can participate in and a lot of the former Source and 1.6 pros are coaches at schools these days

Also can u get a degree or "credit" (Canadian schools) from studying this course
VALORANT is available as a course in some places but it isn't popular enough to be an extracurricular sport in schools, mostly local sport and youth clubs offer VALORANT as the game is popular with kids between 10-15 here since most of them come from Fortnite
for example I coach VALORANT here in my hometown once every week

Man I wish I was in Denmark so my semester could be calculus, physics, chemistry, and VALORANT
CS is a national sport for us Danes, we'd need another Astralis to make VALORANT relevant in Denmark
is it the same in Denmark as in Ukraine that CS is pretty much the 2nd sport only behind football?
well in Ukraine it's just Football, then Boxing (whenever Usyk fights), and then CS is higher than tennis or other sports where there are Ukrainian athletes. Navi were mentioned in the Ukrainian Language book, were congratulated and are being congratulated any time they win an event by the Ukrainian Government, and there are hefty plans from navi on making Kyiv an esports town
