Most simple solution (albeit I don't know if it's legal) is that they give money to Derke directly, or he pays his own buyout and then he becomes UFA
I am a lawyer in Europe with 12 years of experience and I can tell you what derke can do.
He can approach a family member to register an organisation according to the laws in their country as mark it as an Esports Team. The team will request for Derke and provide the payout. After the deal is done, Vitality can provide the same payout to the family organisation and acquire him.
Legally this is flawless and no money is gone out of pockets.
That is actually the only way release clauses work in football. But FNC is not stupid you can’t just trick them

no lmfao, then derke wouldnt ever sign that contract and nobody would and even if they did I have a feeling that riot would get involved if that ever became the case because that goes against competitive integrity
there is no clause like that either. i think the case here is
- VIT are not paying enough or the buyout and FNC are not selling fro less(understandable)
- VIT IS paying enough and FNC don't wanna sell to a good team(scummy asf)

I didn't mean a clause in his original contract with the team, but when selling to a different team I'm pretty sure it's possible to make one of the conditions that they can't just immediately sell him to another team
