Who got y’all into valorant? For me personally it was Hiko, I was 100t fan all of 2020
No one really, followed Crazy Raccoon from Fortnite days and saw them competing in First Strike: Japan 2020.
watched it casually since copenhagen, champs 2023 got me to actually start playing
Witz with that sherrif against acend and that close game vs gambit, still remember
i got into val from watching offlinetv play in the beta but i remember watching alot of hiko and wardell videos in june when the game came out
When Valorant released I didn't have a good enough pc to play , but I always like some of my local streamers play, I used to earlier watch Gambit but not much, then when GE got into franchising I had hopes and got in it a little more ( tho they failed) , but my main heavy tuning point in Valorant was after watching the PRX Vs NRG masters Tokyo game.
Victor was an absolute demon back then, I remember him dropping 55 in 2 maps vs sen with Sinatraa
tenz ofc, this year I only watched SEN games mainly as well cause i got burnt out on valo
honestly I don't even know why I started watching VCT back in Reykjavik 2022 as my first Tourney
my brain can't seem to remember
Started watching because of TenZ, becamr a SEN fan because of TenZ (stayed as a SEN fan because of zekken)
I needed something to play after csgo became stale for me (1600hrs) and my Argentinian friend told me about it and made an acc for me to play on his region seed.
If you mean VCT, I slowly got into it myself as I started playing the game more
If you mean the game itself, a girl actually got me into it. Long story, and it's not what you think
Nobody. Joined the valorant discord the moment “Project A” was announced and played on day 1 of the beta.
Think it was also a tweet by HenryG comparing valorant to CS 1.6 after playtesting it that got me extra excited
