it's so dumb though that twitch doesn't just do it automatically like wtf man. youtube takes the stream and turns into a normal video no problem, twitch seems to use a different system where it needs streamer permission to record. and even then it deletes it after like 3 months.
people hail twitch as the best streaming platform but its functionality is trash, its lucky it got the monopoly on streaming before youtube joined in
