edg banned icebox today ... so they should be good against lev (atleast map veto wise)
prx broke all their confidence on that map lol, but also edg hate ascent, and sen hate ascent, lev love ascent
yes but u ALWAYS ban ur opponent best map ... u never let them be 1-0 already... classic TMV tip but I agree whole-heartedly ... edg can still play ascent ... they just need to watch the trace vods how they beat lev and we good
But letting your worst map be played could also just as easily count as a 1-0...
It depends on how strong you are on your weakest map vs their best map
i mean yes but they can beat lev on ascent ... like its not lev's best map is it ? i would say lev best map is either icebox or abyss ... so i would rather play a team on their weaker map
it was levs second best map coming into champs and probably the best ascent team in champs (along slide geng) before the world knew how good trace were
but now that u mention it, lev did scrape out icebox in all their recent matches , so idk
th historically have had a terrible icebox, a half decent icebox team like koi could beat them, they looked much better at icebox against lev but it shows lev arent unbeatable on that map
50-50; lev suffers for more structured teams, FNATIC, G2, even TRACE put a slow game on them; i think their styles pretty similar tbf
Depends on what Lev shows up, but if they play like how they did against Heretics it'll be difficult for EDG to win
really depends on lev form. If they are playing how they did against trace gg. If aspas and some of the lev player heat up its hard.
Edg not really good at icebox and ascent. they will probably ban ascent or icebox(probably ban ascent because they prac with prx). lev probably ban bind. I don't know about haven but other maps both teams look good run. so 50-50
EDG win any match with lotus and sunset they look unstoppable on those two maps especially

EDG need to bring back their icebox against g2 version, if they play like they did against prx they r cooked
i see, well yea the map bans look scary for edg if it turns out the way u predict, cuz im not sure how i feel about edgs haven ._.
they can, a chinese team already beat lev, wouldn't be surprised
edg win factor depends on nobody and smoggy , if they are confident we aint losing to any team
