TE might be too high? I'm not sure relative to other teams even after watching VCT CN, can't judge
GEN needs to be fucking top S
FUT and VIT should be mid/low C, even if that would remove the point of D tier
PRX down to mid C if they keep performing like this

Tbh swap GenG and Heretics and it's a fine list, assuming it's not ordered within tiers.
C and D could be swapped entirely but there's not much of a gap between all six of those teams.
