like idk i just think they're making a dumb ass play benching/dropping rossy just bc they want a korean roster, like ur roster is ass rn anyways (imho), and ur best two player, arguably, are the non koreans. i just feel bad for them because like on one hand its like i get wanting ur team to be able to comm well, but like vct is like really global anyways. its dominated by people from all over the world and if you're good enough to go to masters or champs ur having to travel all over the world (which wtf would T1 know ;;;-;;;;;;;;), so it would make more sense to push your korean players to get better at english instead of just dropping people because they can't speak korean lol.
