No tier 1 team would pick flor

Then system is sexist and would never invest in flor. Yall keep saying "she needs to prove herself in tier1" but she won't be given a chance. This is precisely why there is a skill gap between challengers and VCT.

Tier 2 gets less funding then GC, Istg. There’s a huge gap in how riot funds their levels of gaming, which really hurts people who deserve t1 or need to prove themselves in t2

Even with T2, this is the case. Bob is still the only GC's player to get picked up by a T2 team at any point. Truthfully, I don't think we'll see a GC team qualify for a challenger's league, at least not anytime time soon. Unfortunately, mixed teams aren't a thing either.

she has done nothing to prove she deserves tier 1. almost none of tier 2 duelists receive any praise, especially the ones that got into tier 2 through open quals, but for some reason flor glazers think a player who can't even make tier 2 is worthy of tier 1. stop saying the system is unfair, players like bob actually joined co ed teams and qualified for tier 2. no one will get into tier 1 by putting up numbers in gc and having lots of whining fans

ultimately I think she won't get a tier 1 offer because she hasn't played in tier 2, pretty understandable.

I also kinda don't think she's gonna go into tier 2? I think she's good enough to be a decent T2 NA duelist, but the financials probably dont make sense compared to being like one of the best GC players
