See, the way contracts work, is that when you sign them, and you employer decides they no longer want you, your employer pays severance !

There’s 3 events a year man. If you don’t perform, you get dropped. C9 doesn’t auto drop their played in CS because there’s like 20 events a year. Valorant doesn’t have that same luxury.
that's fair but the main problem I have is a team that has a history of dropping players in the middle of the season and then not making those events has a pattern of behavior that is making them shit. It's essentially a fact that teams with roster turmoil don't do as well as those without. Obviously if they aren't making it to masters or champs after doing well in the regular season somethings wrong.
also if they make it to shanghai or champs this year then I'll take it all back mid season roster changes are fine c9 is fine im just an idiot on vlr
