i dont know how good governor is bcs i dont watch na challengers but people says he's good. you can watch scarz youtube channel and you can see jemkin is a man of few words, and he always talks like he's mumbling

i also remember flipz said once in a stream that the announcement takes a long time because "he" (i'm assuming jemkin) read the contract (flipz clarified that it's not rrq contract) wrong.
