I wouldn't care about being predictable if I was 4-0 in the tournament and was confident on every other map. They've already made playoff, why would they show off more maps?
their split has been the same since lock in they have nothing on they are just really inconsistent on that map and fracture but they get to insta ban fracture, they have a lot to work on split and fracture but feel like they are focusing on fracture once it's time to play it they start insta banning split and work on that
I think you're right, Loud split was ez to read, not to mention EG players had answer for every micro play Loud tried.
They did the homework and deserved win the map.
They already played Split 8 times this year (what is kind of a lot and help to other teams to make anti-strats, etc), also, EG won a lot of rounds by individual plays
But I feel that's kinda for saving strats for americas Playoffs and Tokyo (specially using Gekko in Split), since Saadhak and fRoD are really good about making new strats and Gekko is really strong (Specially with bind coming back to rotation)
loud fans will cope but we all know EG had never scrimmed pearl with the new roster and narrowly missed the 2-0 🤫🤫🤫
it's natural to lose on your map pick when literally all eg did was anti strats against loud...
And since eg doesn't even know which map they are good in, loud could not study them. Same with sentinels and C9
I think EG antistratted Loud there which is why it was 13-3. But I do think the 13-0 kinda sums up the prob with EG clearly and also some rounds in Haven
Loud didn't know shit about EG on split, they knew everything about Loud (even using their comp)
Beating furia on split, gave Loud a false sense that their split was good. But that comp is easy to counter.
They got destroyed on Pearl, because they expected Loud to pick ascent, then leave split for decider. Saadhak got them off guard.

yes EG did 13-03 on split, and still lose after know exactly whats needs to do agains loud, where aspas will pick and that map was insane... W for potter..
