Na is a tier 3 region using ur logic then. They only won twice both of them flukes. Sen won when there was barely any stratting and when most teams were all bad. Optic won when the 2 beat emea teams were hit severely. Fnc with 2 subs and fpx with the visa. Literally irrelevant trophies.
