in 2022 EMEA had 2 competent teams (Fnatic and FPX)

And by 2023, Ascend and Gambit never saw participated in another international LAN (because they're ass). Fraudnatic (always considered the best team in the world, yet never medals because they're classic chokers). FPX, their only good team.
