if navi is offering a 250k contract to ardiis(assume a 15% raise from his fpx salary) and nrg in NA is offering him 300k+ he gets to live in la, he would definitely go their. navi did what they could, but if ardiis alone is asking for a lot then you need to look from the orgs perspective. the exact same thing happened with loud, like obviously they couldnt keep all 5 players who all wanted a raise(rightfully so)
