Even though The Guard didn't make it they still have their main core and they can look for a cracked young player to replace saya, plenty of young talent too in NA like OXY, sym and demon1 and they can easily dominate ascension
C9 got rid of jamezIRL their head coach, so I would assume he goes to c9 to replace even though its just a rumor
but then again most of the team success was mCe in my opinion, with his experience, coaching a young team
i think none of their players besides saya will get an offer tbh... most people are saying bcj over trent, zander over valyn, dicey/nismo over jonahp and neT just hasen't had anything... but i think this means that they sign a f/a duelist player (mada, jawgemo) depending on who does get picked up, and own in ascension. i would love to see the team stick together and of course i will be rooting for saya in t1. i have no doubt that if this happens, they will win ascension and i would love to see my favourite roster there! also by ascension, surely there will be some sentinel buffs. then neT will really show up.
for me it would look something like this:
JonahP: chamber onetrick
trent: initiator
valyn: igl and smokes
neT: sentinel if buffs happen, flex if not
[duelist player] : jett, raze, neon
Their coach was their best asset, he has proven twice to turn unknown/mediocre players in to a performing team
Yeah interesting really. I thought maybe Valyn would be picked up as an IGL possibly or even Trent as an initiator but its just so hard because in NA there are only 25 player slots so it becomes suuper tight when you get down to it all. Kinda surprised EG kept c0m if im completely honest.
Very surprised. He's not IGLing, and Trent or BCJ or most of the other top initiator players would be a good upgrade.
Yeah I'm assuming BcJ or Supamen will pick up the IGL role? Just doesnt make any sense to keep c0m, like is he better than some of the un-signed tier1 talent currently in NA? probably not.
