the only "good" IGL is FNS. and dephh, for working with two young players and building a decent team over time. ppl like vanity/zander fell off, and don't get me started on players like subroza, dazzLe, and valyn.

in LCQ maybe DazzLe, he's decent but he's not better in any realistic category compared to Valyn, Vanity, Hazed, Stellar, Boostio, and whoevers FaZes IGL, idk who replaced Poach in that role.
TSM still technically counts as Tier 1 Valo as of Stage 2. Imo theyre Tier 1.5

Oh I'm not baiting, its just imo yeah TSM are ass but at the same time, theyre still well above most of NA's Tier 2. Like they fall into that top 15 in NA overall which is why i say theyre like tier 1.5.
Not making playoffs means that by your standard, V1, PKS, Ghost, SEN, and TGRD are all Tier 2 as well for not making LCQ or playoffs Stage 2.
I just can't think of many IGLs that are worse than Shahz
