Honestly thats just shit talk and bm. No one takes it seriously and most of the pros are friends as well. The sen players are just having fun and the enemy team doesn't take that to heart.
On twitter it gets more like if you do something creative and bming at the same time. If you just post the scoreline it wouldn't gather that much like.
