My brotha in Christ.. keep screens away from you 30 mins before you try to sleep. In the meantime try and read a book. U will go to sleep instantly. Also Google

well i can try and help you first of all. are u tired and unable to sleep or do you not feel tired at all in the nightime?
I squatted + deadlifted heavy + played basketball for an hour, but i dnt feel tired
Also the method that worked is : I consumed a shit tonne of food (carbs, fats, protein everything) and TATA!
Try to keep your eyes open, you'll slowly get tired and fall sleep in no time.
