Why? I think it looks pretty strong
it doesn't fulfill any niche. it's not suppressed, it doesn't have heavy pen, it's not good against light shields like a guardian or outlaw, its' rate of fire is slow, and it costs 2900 when it doesn't do anything better than a phantom or vandal besides damage which doesn't really matter because its' TTK is slow.
i could be proven wrong, but from what i can see i don't think it's good.
The TTK is the exact same as the vandal
same ttk as the vandal but with higher single-shot damage (50) being enough to break util a lot easier, pretty good for solo anchoring because of that. Also I just think the scope will be pretty good. Don't think it's as well rounded as the phantom but i do see it having its use case

I’m gonna enjoy using this gun, it seems like it fits how I play
plus since it does 200 headshot instead of 160 or 156 i can use it to farm acs i wouldn’t have gotten with a different rifle
just give us a 3 burst semi auto pistol with like 50 headshot and like 30 bodyshot

Players like comeback, BABYBAY, yay, cryo (not a merchant, but still), are probably going to improve out of nowhere.
Most good oppers like Oxy, Aspas, demon1 are going to be good with this
In the current meta it won't replace the vandal, the firerate and ammo count are both too low to keep up with Neon sliding on you while Waylay dashes up your ass. But in a slower meta I could see some teams running full wardens.
Most good anchor players will still use phantom for spraying smokes, ammo, and firerate.
