problem is that his "disappears outside China" narrative is largely still intact from his past appearances so he'll have to shed that off with future global events. he is a very good teammate though
I mean the next global event is in China so surely at Champs he finally shows up.
lysoar is defo top 5 chinese val players atm, his ability just to takeover games is wild, considering hes playing that smoke roles and not the flashy duelist roles, i hope he becomes a replacement for someone like smoggy or chicoo, dosent need to be a secondary duelist cuz u got jieni but you can just put lysoar on the perma smokes and then put kk on that duelist
I don't think so, he's usually pretty bad internationally. This tournament has been an anomaly from him. He's still the goat though.
he's a good role player, but i wouldn't go as far as to say he's genuinely like, top tier on the international stage. he did show up when it mattered most, and i think its fair to say he's a really memorable player
