GLYPH was a fairly recent addition to the Mates, having joined this past offseason for his rookie VCT campaign. He has been a Controller player for most of his career, having previously played for a number of prominent American Challengers squads. GLYPH has been allowed to explore his options by Gentle Mates. He shared that he is open to all regions as a Controller or Initiator, while also noting his availability as an in-game leader or secondary caller.

Replacing GLYPH will be Proxh, a familiar face for those who have been following Gentle Mates. The Turkish player joined M8 midway through the 2025 season, initially on loan and then permanently as part of a midseason rebuild for the org.
