also you're objectively wrong man have you never bitten down on a fresh tomato
it's the most refreshing bite of any fruit you could possibly have... it only differs from the rest because it isn't excessively sweet
the only bad tomato food i can think of is tomato juice that actually tastes pretty bad even on airplanes despite what ppl say

tastes bad, imo fruits should be acidic, sweet, or even creamy. tomatoes are also just in so much savory foods like u said so if i have it by itself it tastes weird
