i'll be coming back to visit pretty often, at least ~1 month per year. so if i do transfer i'll need to make a new APAC account too
i'd say around 80-90% of my time will be spent in the states and the remaining in asia

for context, i currently live in asia and have an asia-pacific account that is level 390, with almost $1000 worth of skins
i'm returning home to the united states but do not have a riot account in that region. should i transfer my asian account to the NA region? or am i better off just making a new NA account?
downside of transferring is that i lose my current ranked progress (which isn't that much considering it's a new episode), and my purchase history
downside of making a new account is that i have to start all over again and grind comp back to my current rank (around ascendant)

it's quite the dilemma i'm not sure what to do pls if anyone has suggestions lmk

u kinda gotta balance ur dopamine levels like try to intentionally avoid stimulating stuff like social media or prawns as like a "cleanse" and then fill in that dopamine with stuff that gives u dopamine but is less harmful for you in the long term like picking up a new hobby or getting exercise or going out with friends, etc.

i feel like doomscrolling for long enough burns you out too, it's just that the recovery is much quicker compared to the mayonnaise as you mentioned
as in, you can doomscroll for many hours before burning out, and it only takes a short period of time before u want to scroll again
whereas the cooldown for the "prawn" is much much longer and there's no way ur yanking that thing for like hours on end

i think settlers of catan is rlly good cause it's very dynamic and there's a lot of ways to win.
