rossy is the only ambitious player in the team, the rest just wants to have comfortable job security playing with their bubble of friend making money. Those player should just be in tier 2.

people cheered for the team for the story that bunch of radiant streamers steamrolled tier 2 and were going to play in tier 1; while cane and ion being underage was unfortunate; what is the point of ascension, if the players who struggled to reach tier 1 will be replaced by tier 1 rejects
the identity of the team is rankers, not a franchised org
and i believe teams should give tier 2 talent more time to prove themselves than recycling the same old tier 1 players
it's because orgs like this only care about the idea of getting results, but in reality they have zero competency in knowing how to approach building an actual team that isn't just to drop the lowest performing players and hoping that whoever they gamble on will do better
