Past problems:

nukkye's ego got keloqz benched in the first place. keloqz didn't deserve to get benched, and kicking nukkye wouldn't have been the solution either.
None of this roster change would've happened if he had solved his diferences with the guy instead of saying shit on stream.
Mixwell is not a PRO Jett anymore. At least right now his passive style doesn't work against aggresive Jett/Chamber pros (maybe even pro Neon players in a few months?).
He deserves to be judged as a Jett player, not as the only problem of the team.
Koldamenta was the last hope of the team. nukkye's problem surely affected on his decision to resign with the team, G2 sold the best IGL they could've had and probably no other IGL they sign will be upgrade the team like he did.
There was no actual solution to this, just nukkye not being egocentric.

Actual problems:

Meddo and hoody aren't individual players. They play in a team environment, and having no IGL is limiting their performances a lot.
Until they get a IGL, both of them will play like radiant ranked players.
nukkye can't play Sova and Viper anymore. It's not his role to fill, and even if he tries he lowers the performance of the team as a whole. Idk if hoody could play Sova ultil they solve the rest of the problems
He needs to go back to Flex role
Wtf is pipsoN doing? He gets signed and the first game they play he just IGLs behind nukkye? There's no way Carlos didn't knew that was happening. And if he didn't knew it, then HOW DID HE NOT KNOW?
At least they should've tried Lucas Rojo as their coach, they dedicated a lot to the team and worked closely with Kolda and now all of their work is gone.

Community problems:

Comparing Mixwell with keloqz only for the Open Qualifier matches. Ofc keloqz was going to shit on those tier 2 - tier 3 players.
Let's just see how he performs against top teams with the new roster and hope they get a new IGL.

I think all of these problems go back to a single person: maikturtle, he is the manager who was responsible for investing so hard into pipson and his demands. Hindsight is 20/20 but maikturtle fucked up and now G2 finds themselves in their current dilemma.

honestly even keloqz is having a rough time on jett and he is insane on jett so this has to be a system and communication problem a lack of igl is so so apparent its not even funny they are playing like 5 individuals

I agree, keloqz is a new player who's without a doubt cracked but one thing I've noticed is that new players like keloqz require much more guidance and care to thrive at the starting of their career, and probably the absence of an igl/leader in the team is leading to poor performance by him.

That's what we know based in Movistar Riders' recent performances, but maybe working with the players that he had played with for most of the past year could give other results. What I said is just an option, not the solution.

Average radiant ranked players? Hoody? Seriously? Man's been playing out of his mind on support. Him and Nukkye have been the most valuable part of the team.

And Meddo's on Sentinel. He's been doing his role well and just because he's on the bottom of the score board most of the time doesn't mean that he's a bad player. Meddo Cypher > Mixwell Cypher for sure.

Saying "average" is going too far, it's an exageration, but their performance has lowered between how they played in Giants and now. If you compare how they played back then with now you can say they look like they're playing ranked, and it's not even their fault.

I forgot to say, I don't think Meddo is bad just bc he's bottom fraggin. I understand that but same as hoody, he can definitely play better, not only strategically but his mental is also bad. He misses easy shots and seems lost when they're losing a few rounds. Just apply everything I said abt hoody to Meddo it's that easy.

Reyna, Sage, Kayo, Skye, and in this case Raze bc it's one of his best agents and he's the only one in the team that can play it consistently good.

He is proficient with Reyna and Raze, so he should be playing second duelist, his others agents don’t bring the impact he has with those duelist.

He plays Sage really well. I agree he's not the best with Kayo and Skye, but he can definitely improve in a role he already plays instead of figuring out how to play Sova. He could go back to Flex and try hoody on Sova.

Sage does not require an absurd amount of training to get used to play it. He plays it well cuz he is a god player and kills not because he is an extraterrestial sage.

What I mean to say, is that he is not a flex player, at least not right now. His best performance is playing raze/ reyna and that’s the problem. You have an insane player that you cannot use to his full potential because his agent pool is not meta in half the mapa.

Ofc he's not that kind of Sage but if he plays it well it works.

Maybe he's not a Flex player right now but that's the role that he could play the best right now. Most Second Duelist turned into Flex players bc of the Jett-Sova meta, and he could aswell do it.

Well his future in g2 depends if he can make that step, otherwise his inability to play jett (?? Would like to see him play this, instead of flexing) is a hindrance to the team and you have to patch that by bringing an additional player.

No puedo hacer nada sobre los vagos del foro pero te agradezco x leerlo y x decirlo man. Sobre el antiguo Giants, hay que decirlo y es que Fit1 es otro de los mejores jugadores de Jett en la escena a día de hoy, y Davidp mejoró muchisimo sus calls desde que salió de G2. Eso combinado con todos los problemas actuales de G2 hace al antiguo Giants incluso mejor que el actual G2.

Nice take! But i think 1 thing you forget to mention is how unstable international rosters are. Acend made it work because the amount of tournament they played with and the patience to not change players after every major tournament
