I would assume they'd still get the Talon players since there isn't really the established talent to build a competitive JP roster anyways like DFM and Zeta are already struggling without a 3rd competitor. At least if it's CR entering partnership I am confident they'd be willing to field TLN's players since they are already some of the best in APAC.
in riots official announcement they mentioned they wanted to keep the thai viewers/community, so its a team thats either thai or has thai players

That is not true, he said that crws approached a JP org to sign the whole roster but it looked like they would rather sign a JP team. Whether or not that org would have even be accepted into franchise is another matter entirely.
You are speaking like it is confirmed that the new org is Japanese when he didn’t say anything about it??? That is the only thing I am correcting. They approached a Japanese org, but a Japanese org is not guaranteed for the slot like your post implied. Not sure if there is a language barrier here or something.

FULL SENSE is known as a thai tier 2 Team. Buriram isnt entirely unfamiliar with the VAL thai scene, they organized a Valo tournament in 2020, "Buriram Proving Grounds".
