Qualification was determined through different systems for each region. In Brazil, Stellae Gaming qualified via circuit points, and Team Solid and RED Canids qualified by placing top two at the Challengers Brazil Last Chance Qualifier. For Latin America, all three teams were determined through the top three placements at the Challengers Latin America Finals, which pitted the top two teams from LATAM North and LATAM South based on Stage 2 performance and circuit points against each other. Lastly, TSM qualified by winning Challengers North America Stage 3, while ENVY and Winthrop qualified through circuit points.
Format
The event will begin with a one-day play-in on Oct. 14. The third seeds from each region of Winthrop, Six Karma, and RED Canids will play a single round robin of best-of-three matches, with the top two teams moving on to the Swiss stage.
The eight-team Swiss stage is structured the same way as those featured at Masters Madrid and Masters Bangkok. Teams with the same win-loss records will be matched against each other, with 2-0 and 2-1 teams moving on to the playoffs and 0-2 and 1-2 teams being eliminated. All matches will be best-of-three. Opening matchups will be drawn at random after the conclusion of the play-in, with no same-region matchups.
The four-team playoffs will be a standard double elimination bracket. The lower and grand finals will be best-of-five, with all other matches being best-of-three.
