i think it is good for the longevity of the game, as they add more and more agents and i feel like util will still get a lot of impact if you use it a little more tactically - overall i like the changes
I'm mixed on the changes themselves, but I completely agree with the notion of them getting ahead of power creep before it becomes an issue
Can't really have a confident opinion until I play it but I will say that all of these nerfs don't really change the power of an agent but rather fundamentally change how we play. At least from what i've seen.
Yeah I agree with that, this is more like fully changing the whole playing field.

I think the idea and intent behind the changes are good but how they went about the changes were bad.
I'm not fully sure what I'd do but my problem is that the nerfs are good in some cases like nerfing Omen, Yoru, and Vyse but then in the case of flash initiators, a role that already felt weak, especially an agent like breach, it feels like it just completely kills of the agent.
yeah kayo was definetely the least affected from the intiator nerfs as their flash duraton goes from 1.5s to 2.25s and then every agents signature lasts 20s longer.
gekko got pretty big nerfs but so did recon initiators so its not the end of the world but breach like u said got absolutely fucked. they will def need to buff them but i recon we will just see more skye and tejo as their kit barely changed as they have no rechargable util, only change is that probably tejo's stun and skye's dog stun will last less.
Breach is actually just dead tho
they buffed breach and kayo undearhand flashes tho (they now last longer) 2.25 sec
Sadly this flash buff doesn't save breach from the other nerfs. Breach will be unusable.
I feel like people are overreacting, but tbh I wont really know until maybe a few months down the line when the new metas will be established
I feel like the ability nerfs are good but also i love how ability focused the game is because it's what makes it so unique and this slowly moves away from it. You can stop power creep without the philosophy change which i'm more worried about.
horrible agent changes, the Map changes were really good, The rest was aight
Instead of 40s --> 60s, all recharging abilities should just recharge once per round
The new patch doesn't really incentivize creating the best tactical opportunities, but instead dragging a round out and waiting either for the opponent to make a mistake or your utility to come back
