They'll roll them back though not entirely in the next patch after everyone complains again including every pro/content creator who complained about utils in the first place and it'll be an I told you so moment from Riot.

do you really think they would put in so much work to rebalance the game, only for it to be a prank?
Not a prank just a one and done thing so they don't have to care as much about constant util feedback again.

yeah this just confirms how clueless they are and how little they actually play the game. They started working on this because of the utility spam complaints brought about by tejo being a broken agent and then tenz and later fns crying about it nonstop. what a joke
Yep now FNS is gonna hop on stream, answer a few questions, get mad, call chat stupid, and hope his audience just goes along with calling anyone with a critique stupid. If he actually asks decent questions and presses these devs that would be a welcome surprise but I don't see that happening. Shilling for hair transplant is crazy work
TenZ will keep complaining as long as the game still exists. If he died and you put a spirit box next to his grave all you'd head are rants about the game.
I caught one of his streams on my feed on YouTube and he was playing in Japan, whenever he lost a round he mostly wouldn't complain about the match itself but the game or agents or map being this and that. I mean you're on vacation just enjoy the server. Now I get what people are talking about.
Yeah at least some of these changes will be reverted between now and kickoff.
They could roll it back definitely if they see large amounts of people saying negative stuff but that will be still like pretty impossible scenario like rolling back all that , but it's definitely not a prank
Why would they roll those changes back?
With this update, you will see:
- A bigger gap between T1 and T2 because coordination of util and anti-stratting will become even more important
- Less "viewer fatigue" for people watching the tournaments because there's fewer moments with clusterfuck visuals, more clear gameplay. the spam is pushing viewers away
- As I understand, more "learnable" spray patterns so transfers can be trained, again increasing the skill ceiling
- Fewer super flash/stun durations so you can actually play the game more and not get too tilted when you get chain-flashed or stunned
I haven't seen a single negative change so far to be completely honest
