What makes a GOAT?

When talking about the GOAT discussion. Do you value individual performances and consistency or trophies the most? Say you have a player that never won any trophy for whatever circumstances be it bad team or health problems but managed to stay consistent dropping great performances his entire career, would you consider him better or worse than someone who had bad and good seasons mixed but managed to lift some trophies?

Some people value different things on what makes a player better than others so I'm curious what some of yall think

valorant is still new as an esport tbf, give it another year or 2 even and the debate might be still up cuz of how random this game tends to be

Individual performances that prove you can do it on the biggest stage of the world + consistency, team success matters but a lot less than that for me

Literally nobody even thought of Ethan for a second in these convos until yesterday lol. Aspas and Chronicle are goats for being consistently in the top players in the world for YEARS. Ethan has had two Cinderella runs and fuck all in between. If trophies are the only thing that matters why is Aspas even in the convo? Tenz has more right? Sacy has more as well. Kiles has the same trophy Aspas has.
