What would a G2 fan know about the value of trophies? This is not mickey mouse, if anything this is above Bangkok, the teams were picked on regional split results + a qualifier, there's 4 teams per region that even masters don't have, (2 team masters are a joke) and the prize pool is bigger.
There was one for the group stages tho?
This is just the regular quarters semis finals format that most sports have anyway.
Single elim playoffs is not much worse than a crippling 2 map ban + 1st map pick advantage that upper bracket team gets in the finals in vct
