Nominate a team to kick from VCT

Try justifying why a team should be removed from VCT and why. Ideally, I would like to see some creative answers with interesting reasoning that doesn't simply simmer down to "I don't like them".

I myself shall begin: I think Evil Geniuses should be booted. While they have won VCT 2023, the times are different. Ever since then, their Champs winning team has been ripped apart and reduced to mere nuggets. They also aren't strong enough to inspire hope in the average viewer, and while Potter is a decent coach and they have some enjoyable players, I think that (personally at least), we could live without them.

FURIA — they haven't achieved anything significant during the VCT, they barely have any wins, they've never put together a competitive team and they're in the comfort zone of being a joke

Evil Geniuses - The literal only thing they have going for them is that they won the 1st champs in franchising whilst yes there are worse teams than them (Furia), at least they try to get better but right now EG aren't even trying to build a competitive roster. Like you can have the same criticism for 100T but at least with 100T their roster has the cope coming top 4 at a maters so do have the ceiling. I don't hate EG and whilst I think it would be sad to see them go, they are the org that makes the most sense to remove from Americas. In anticipation of the potential people replying to say FURIA: Urangoat.

Lev : Didnt hold their promises to represent the market they are supposed to represent. Also, it's really important to have every T2 market represented, I would give the slot to any LAN structure that Riot trust (Maybe 6K that have link with Lion gaming wish is the LA team that Riot trust the most on LoL). You gonna say "But LAN is bad", and it's true, but in fact what I can see, is that the gap between T2 region that have a T1 team and T2 region that dont is increasing everyyear (Indian team beat a top 4 Korean team in 2021 in LCQ, now, they are absolutely no chance to see them beating NS and SLT), by not giving a T1 team to a weak T2, you create the "Nightclub paradox", where you can enter only if you are a regular, but if you can enter you will never be a regular. Give weak T2 region a T1 team, and they will improve overtime.

Technically Global also fit this problem, but since Indian have such an inferiority complex, maybe any Indian team will do the same mistake (Maybe the best I can hope is a roster with 3 OCE people and 2 Indian, to solve 2 problem at once).

About LAN, I also think BR might have too mush team, so if LEV go back to have a full LAS roster, maybe remove one BR team and give it to LAN can be a solution, it would avoid the dillution of talents

GE, they havent qualified for a single playoffs since the start of vct (lcq doesnt count AND they bombed out first game) they have field teams that look extremly positive in paper with great players and staff, to then do nothing with them and bomb out in groups
