im lowkey getting fed up with tenz. yes its good that we have someone that can help valorant but jesus christ he says it in the most annoying ways possible. we are FINALLY getting a replay system and before it even drops he is complaining on twitter. YES it should have a feature where we can see pro player games/other games BUT you dont have to cry on twitter and say that its pointless.

they are making the replay system just so you can mald at being 1 tapped through smoke
only having it for your games and no way to share is virtually useless for most actual reasons you'd want it (frag movies, VOD review, research)
he is 100% right

if you're outsourcing the fragmovie you cannot
VOD review is doable from what I can tell, people made it seem like you can't view other POVs. you can.
you still can't watch pro games though which sucks
either way it's better than expected since I was initially told it's only your POV

I have a feeling that you might be able to view pro plays after this season or after champs since the partnerd teams has not signed an agreement to the replay system. So I expect it to be after champs or close to this so it will most likely come we just have to wait untill after champs

replay system isnt only for vod reviewing pros. yes thats a good feature to have and its good to speak up about it but he called it pointless like there isnt a million other things you can do with it. edits, your own vod review, etc.

bro the average player does not use the replay system for anything any way lets be honest,literally 90% of people who use it are either people who wanna improve and watch pros and team vods (most likely to go pro anyway) or montage editors,the casuals who "cared" about it are only parroting the people who would actually use it regularly (pros) but wont even probably use it themselves

I mean I totally get your side that complaining isn't "necessary" but I guess it's because a replay system is not only considered standard to have in a competitive game, it is also just missing crucial features. But yes your argument wasn't about whether he was wrong or not, but moreso the fact that he complains and is negative and didn't even celebrate this small win. I would say again it is this case because it's similar to a phone manufacturer giving me the ability to text, when looking through the lens of only that manufacturer, it is a win. But when considering what every other phone manufacturer has, it should've already been a thing so it is hard to celebrate in that sense.

Lastly, Tenz can come off as negative and I do see why people are annoyed with it, but it is his intent to make the game better so I do applaud that. I don't really get the hate he receives for it though because it's all things people say/will say regardless, it's all just coming from one person in this case. But yeah I can understand where you're coming from.

I mean it was never going to be perfect but the games been out for 5 years and the devs also said they have no intention of making it for tournaments and other people so this update is for plat shitters like myself to go and see how the Smurfing Reyna on the other team shit on me but useless for pros

yea and thats exactly why im saying not even 30% of the player base is gonna use that shit,i have never used it in any other game i have played expect cs,sure some players will look at some clip they hit once in a while but it should be intended for pro use too

I agree because the main reason I want it is to watch pro games from any players' perspective, but at the same time this system is good for what 99% of players will realistically use it for, and that feature might come in the future.
