What is your ideas on how to fix NRG

My Thoughts

• Bench Brawk, he seems like a decent player but not enough for T1 right now
• Move FNS from IGL to Head Coach if he has the heart for it.
• Keep Mada, s0m and Ethan
• If they were Free Agents I would pick up Rossy and Tex, yes there are controversial right now regarding the current state of Leviatan but we cannot forget that Tex was the most mechanically gifted Sentinel Player last year and could reach those levels again with another good roster, Rossy seems like he has potential as an IGL especially if he has one of the greatest of all time coaching him like FNS, his performance in Red Bull is something I'm sure we all know about.

Not Simple Fixes but an Idea none the less.

Its Hard to find a Flash Initiator player in the current state of the game right now ngl, everyone coming up is selfish and he is a great teammate. Besides on a bad team its hard to look good, he is a world champion and looked great during the Off Season, he deserves more chances.

I'm holding onto the sliver of hope that s0m wont be winless in his career because he is blessed mechanically. Probably the best Smokes in terms of mechanics dudes insane. Stellar is a respectable pick he has improved a lot since he was in 100T last.

Bench everyone except mada and brawk (they've all publicly said they're retiring why keep them around) idk who's good in t2 to replace them but someone should and idk if Mikes is a good coach give him an assistant or something to help with that but this is nrg so why are we talking about fixes

I think the bar is low for T1, Brawk is definitely a Good T2 player but a low tier player for T1. I would gladly let him prove me wrong since he is on a bad team but from what I've saw in T2 he does not have the greatest mechanics.

s0m said he wants to win with FNS and will leave when FNS leaves, I will give you credit about FNS not wanting to coach if you can give me a link for evidence because the only thing I have seen regarding it is that he has considered it, never have I seen him say he wouldn't.

Rossy has not been dropped Twice for personality issues, only once and he has even stated himself that he does not accept how he acted and that he was going through personal issues mentally, he deserves more than just that chance and you can see in the LEV comms he is really trying.

ur willing to give a controversial IGL with abit of a rough record a chance but brawk is on a low bar of tier 1 after joining the team late and also just having a couple games in?

personally i just think rossy has way more to prove than brawk, cus u cant really judge his tier 1 performance yet imo

Send FNS to old age home already

They need to vibe more and stop with the self improvement when the team can’t even improve as a team. They need to focus on playing as a team and not as individuals and learn to take criticism just because they think they know their mistake doesn’t mean is the only mistake prob other factor that they can’t see because they tunnel vision on one mistake.

IGL: Vora, Kyu, Monsi or Stellar, Smokes: Spaz or Skuba, Init/Flex: Okeanos, Bdog, Kess or Kaoticcc, these r the best NA T2 players in these roles imo, for smokes also maybe Toozy bcs he looked good but has a mid/bad team hence influencing his stats

Your right Brawk has not had much time in T1. I'm confident he is one of the few people coming from T2 that is an incredible teammate but when I was looking at the roster I thought I'm either keeping Ethan or Brawk for that "Not the most gifted mechanically yet just an incredible teammate" and I just went ahead with Ethan since he is a lot more proven. I think if Brawk could be the Flash Initiator it would work well as well, probably more sustainable in the long run. Rossy on the other hand I can be honest and say I took a liking toward him from Red Bull, after he got kicked by C9 I've been rooting for him and it seems like he does genuinely have the heart and he has always been quite gifted mechanically.

I do not watch FNS streams much but I do watch clips, if your confident that he has stated it well I will take your word for it too.

Monsi, Kyu and Stellar all IGL from flex. So you'd need a good senti which there are a lot of options.

Dump ethan , bro hasn't been consistent since 2023 , keep mada and som, fns , and steal devai from prx 😏, take in reduxx and he plays sentinel role. ( Fns shifts to permanent initiator, a role where ur only thing is to have good util)

the brawk change implies nrg need more firepower. if you're getting almost 26-3'd your strats and gameplans are complete and utter crap.

V1c is younger, definitely has more gas in the tank than s0m does. I think v1c will have higher peaks in his career.

I have received coaching from MikesHD when he was doing metafy. I asked him "Why do teams consistently do default smokes and pick the same agents?" His response, paraphrased, "Maybe it's because those things that have worked in the past work for a reason."

For me, this explains the agent selection.

Execute everyone

Owner Buys out every na team besides furia and 2g. Then forces them all to give nrg 13-0s. That or buy out valorant and declare nrg the winner.
