It's the guard core, sure JonahP doesn't frag out every game but he has like 20 assists. You know why? Because he doesn't pray selfish and will most of the time be the utility dumper when jaw and valyn take site, irreplaceable he's good for clutches and has great chem with the team

Operator is an aim based gun, anyone that kind of good aim can take it and kill just as much if not more ppl
Yes in pubs. You can do a lot of fun stuff in ranked. The person on the other end is face planting the keyboard.
Unfortunately, both guns have limitations. An Operator has a limited amount of ammo and a very slow recoil reset. The Outlaw has two bullets and then needs reload. A vandal has 25 bullets. A very old US marine once told me if I ever join the military to skip being a sniper. I hope you figure this out.
