I don't understand how that's possible. Teams also get champs points from playoffs so couldn't heretics, fut, etc overtake them?
If FNC beat KC, they also guarantee group victory, no? Which gives an extra point.
And dont forget that if teams get two or three wins in playoffs, they will also end up in the top 3 anyway, meaning they effectively can't overtake FNC. The only way FNC miss out on playoffs is if a team that is placed 4th or worse has more points.
Yes, so am I. I wrote playoffs instead of champs, which was a silly mistake, but the point stays the same.
Points are only relevant for teams that don't place top 3 in playoffs. Any team that gets enough wins in the playoffs to overtake FNC in the points standings will place top 3 and qualify to champs either way.
No they don't qualify, championship points only count for the 4th seed and the first three are determined by standings.
After this win FNC will have 12 and TH will have 11 if they win all 3 of their next games and they can make it to 13 points while finishing 4th thus qualifying over FNC

KC 2-1, very close game with maybe 1 or 2 maps going OT. The deciding factor will be that FNATIC has more footage for KC to antistrat, while KC has shown very little since they demolished BBL.
Leo destroyed them in the last match and had alone 9:2 kills against N4RRATE and 6:1 against marteen. Will be super tough without him. Also KC def. wants revenge.
Hard to predict. When Fnatic will be focussed and when Alfajer is online, they win this. Otherwise probably 2-1 or even 2-0 for KC.

Americas managed to put up what was probably the most atrocious game of valorant ever seen in their playoff semi finals, most americas teams are entirely disfunctional and people think theyre higher quality teams because of name recognition lmfao.
He's definitely underperforming this year, even for his standards. No hate to him or anything, I love the guy, but I'm pretty sure this is still the complacency of the off season. He just doesn't have the raw talent to keep up at this level, and this year he just didn't put in enough work to offset that (he has been shooting quite decently last year, especially in clutch moments when he didn't have to IGL).
