The game is stale in viewership, has failed to create narratives and is even decreasing in popluraty in some regions. Even countries in wich the game was top on popularity, like Spain or Brazil are now gettin rekt by cs. Riot once again cucked an entire scene just because they refused to listen to the audiences

Yeah man, is kinda sad cuz the game has potential but they will never survive without a system like cs with various tourneys. Creates narratives and the constant renovation of talent and teams. In lol it works cause they have a monopoly of the mobas aspect but this types of games is different.

The game has been losing relevance but once that China money comes rolling in, Riot are gonna do everything in their power to popularize Valorant so they can have another cash cow. Dw about it.

yea amongst other things, there are things on the horizon to bring some life back into the game. We use the term dying when we just see a negative trend pretty consistently. serious or not. not calling for a change in word use but we don't tend to mean it the same way. The over inflation of org involvement specifically in NA was never going to last and nobody ever expected it to last, even back then the main reason i remember the orgs were in to begin with was the potential to get a foothold as a big name once the franchise system came into play.
