peyoek [#3]in terms of enjoyment, lock in.
Fasho
Many matches. Somehow hype crowd. Good country overall
Best: Lock//in (was really fun to watch all the new teams and comps) or Copenhagen (one of the most competitive tournaments)
Worst: Tokyo (Fnc were such overwhelming favourites, only eg had a chance of beating them)

i agree to some extent. but this year lock in will be way better with how much the game grew and with the playstyle too significantly better

Who cars atleast the crowd went off if it was latam playing

There won’t be a lock in next year. It was a one time event to initiate franchising

yea they were biased towards south american teams but when they did play the fans went 110% guys just go watch fnc vs loud icebox first half.. the energy was immense

like NA crowd isnt biased. Champs 22 was the only impartial tournament cuz the turks were just happy to be there.

Yeah and then they didn’t even stay for the post match interviews and stuff

I'm not saying regions shouldn't be biased but during lock in it was at another level
As an NA fan I have to say Champs ‘21. Our region was cleared hard by Europe, 0 teams in semis for my favorite region NA.

damn that sucks. so leagues start early?
Champions 2021 for sure
It was the first Champs, and the song was epic, and it was during winter, i had time to spare
KxngSolomon [#25]I'm not saying regions shouldn't be biased but during lock in it was at another level
it wasnt at "another level". they cheered, thats it, the form was different but the partiality was the same. also fuck Riot Global for doing the worst event organizing eve ever seen
As an EMEA fan + a (self-proclaimed) China observer, I really enjoyed Masters Tokyo and the Champions 2023 tournament this year. But if not those two, I'd personally prefer Champions 2021, Masters Copenhagen, and Masters Berlin. Hard to pick an absolute fav though.
