He had like one good tournament in lcq and people really thought he was as good as shao.
Ever since lcq,I have never seen derrek doing those clutches. His peak is lower than shao s average. Another case of hopeless NA fans overhyping a player for no reason

Also derke top 5 acs in every tourney he has played in except Copenhagen where he was top 10. All the times they got eliminated,derke carried tf out of them and was by far the best player in the match. Not his fault fnc are serial chokers. Aspas disappears for the entirety of the tournament and puts up one good game and everyone hails him as the best but derke consistently puts up ridiculous performances even when his team is loosing,he's overhyped. What a logic!! Derke>>>>>>Aspas and stats don't lie. Aspas also blessed with a better team and better support system. Put derke in the same type of system and he has already won a trophy

Derrek isn't overhyped at all. He had a bad match. Every player has that. He's recognized for his insane clutches and consistency and this time he just underperformed. If you want overhyped, it's zellsis. Bro has been riding the SEN hype ever since that roster with Shroud and is extremely overrated and has an overinflated ego.

Lcq was similar he isn't a clutch king or anything. He can be a solid player but he was always overhyped
