People of colour dont help themselves. The fact that the "N" word is used for personal gain in rap songs, or is freely used in conversation with "Friends".
The word is either bad or its not, you cant have your cake and eat it. The fact the word is used like it is in common every day life is making seem like its acceptable. Which in turn is making the problems with racism worse.
