shao and leo are both mechanically gifted but I would have to pick shao because he got the right strategies to win most of the "impossible" rounds like clutching a 1v5 scenario.
i don't think we can compare both, navi more individual skill, and fnc like teamwork

sort of agree, but remember being a little worse than shao is still very good. shao's a 99 leo is a 97 while the rest of the initiators are at max 90
util for team and trades Leo clears, clutching and aim Shao clears Fnc will win if they stop hero plays from any player from Navi they lose if they give hero plays to Navi.
