Isso que da riot internacional fazer um evento (e não a riot brasil), parece que não tem estrutura pra porra nenhuma no local kkkkkkkkkkkkkk

EDIT: Translate for machine =
EVENT TOPICS
She begins by exposing that the event was sold as "The biggest event in the history of valorant".

  • She traveled far
-She says it looks like a regional event in every way
  • Admission: Absolutely everything is banned, you cannot take a mousepad (for players to sign), deodorant, pen (for those who go after class), water bottle, snack brought from home (the event takes 10 hours on average)
  • People come in thirsty and there is a big complaint about a card that you can use to get water. The card is sold for 5 reais (do not pay attention to the values, as you will not be able to measure it), and the water is sold for 8 reais. Summary: If you are going to drink only 1 water at the event, it is more than twice as expensive as at lollapalooza
  • About food, she says she doesn't have many options and the ones she does have are very expensive
  • The stands are empty even with all the tickets FULL
  • VERY HOT. This is a complaint even from some players if I'm not mistaken, but there's no ventilation inside, it doesn't pass air properly. Everyone is melting, the security guards are dripping with sweat, the cameramen are rolling up their sleeves to see if they can hold up.
  • Disregard for content creators who can do absolutely nothing there, they have no support for content creators who want to show the event.
  • Meet&greet: No date, no time or any specification. They were unable to meet with the players, she complains that the environment set up for this is extremely precarious.
  • On Tuesday, the games ended at 10 pm, very late at night and they were KICKED out of the venue (the fence that surrounds the event), being sent directly to the street to wait for the taxi. Which made her scared that it was so late, but she says she was lucky because she had a lot of people in the same situation.

Plus a bunch of stuff, like Riot was piling them up to get out on camera, but they were all separated because of the heat, and when they did, it was hell.

one of the reasons probably. Every student that just get out of the school and went to lock in was forbidden to enter because of this rules.

but apparently it's way hotter in the arena than it should be, even the cracking summer sun felt cooler according to her

and that in LCQ it wasn't like that last year

I don't think food, water bottle should be allowed.

But to be able to buy water bottle you need to pay 5 for a fake "card" and pay 15 for a fucking 300ml water bottle.

Have you ever visited any big sports game ...of course inside price is going to be high that's how business works ....i don't see problem there

Yeah but average event is around 9h, and you need to buy a lot "water bottle" to survive.
Now tell me, why Brazilians would suffer this just to watch some random teams playing?
Not even LOUD game has fully

At night seems like Riot kicked everyone after last game, even people who was mid eating.
Bunch of teenagers at street around 9-10pm where is really dangerous in Brazil.

riot makes a shitty event in brazil, therefore, no more events in brazil, nice point

unfortunately that will be the case. It has nothing to do with Brazil but more the fact that Riot didn’t look into the country’s rules or laws before setting the event up clearly. And didn’t leave it up to there Riot BR so it got all sorts of fucked. Basically them just trying to farm money out of the event regardless of how it will hurt the venue or community. And instead of understanding it’s their fault they just won’t do it again in BR

You are a rare case on this website that understands this. I'm kinda disappointed with Riot for doing this, honestly.

They put the prices too high and banned to enter with those things, so you are obligated to pay cause it's really hot right there

Yep, that's why they fail in this event. They let the main riot organized the event and not the BR RIOT. Different realities, so many rules and didn't optimize the profit between the money from tickets and products sold in arena.

No they cant do whatever they want, they broke Brazilian federal laws when they made you threw your food and water to make you buy inside, dont matter if they are a private company managing their own event, they cant break the country laws

Wtf you're on? Just because you're hosting tourney or any event doesn't mean that u can do anything u want.

In Brazil it's a crime, you can't be forbidden to enter a concert, event, or anything similar that you paid for and be obligated to throw your food in the bin and be forced to buy inside: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tying_(commerce)

The problem is that Riot International (Global) did this shit and not Riot Brazil.
