they live in serbia yes
However, suygetsu for example was already living in serbia for the whole of 2022, same with shao and yet they got denied visas for the first masters.
USA are also notorious for not giving visas to russian players and if they do it takes wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy longer. I mean shao barely even got visa for copenhagen after his team alrdy played group stage without him, and this was in an EU country, (shao got his one day before the event only). Can you imagine how much worse USA is with russians ?

them living elsewhere changes nothing, their passport is russian and usa are bitches about it. I mean redgar and nAts couldnt even participate in redbull homeground in the UK because they got denied visas by the UK, and TL had to play with 2 stand-ins and that was in december, 2 months ago only.
