Is the no politics rule only for things that are explicitly political(active political races, laws, protests, etc)? Or does it extend to things in popular culture that are politicized? For example would talking about Kanye West's situation be regarded as political even though he isnt a politician, atleast not right now?

I'm just saying the duality opinion of mods here.
Most people thinks Kanye as asshole, if you say the same thing here even calling Kanye as 2374892342 bad words here nothing gonna happen with you even if you're spreading hate, because MODs probably think the same as you. So no punishment.

I dont think its really an opinion at this point. While its clear that hes struggling with mental illness and being taken advantage of, he has still made some utterly asinine statements. Particularly regarding his opinion on a certain austrian painter, its not really up to interpretation. He is demonstrably a narcissistic anti simetic idiot.
